However, we have opened a 250 spots for a special combo in this launch, allowing you to pre-book your Ultimate Trio 2027 along with 2 subscription boxes with exclusive offers: Check them out above.
This offer is limited because it includes planner customisation options and special launch offers that we are unable to extend to everyone.
Each Subscription Box will include 8 products.
No, Box 1 and Box 2 will have separate product curations. You will not receive the exact same box twice.

It may take a little longer than ready-stock products, but it helps us deliver a truly exclusive and thoughtfully made Subscription Box.
No. This is the only Subscription Box launch we are doing this year.
Once this launch closes, there will not be another Subscription Box launch later in the year.
These boxes are made only after the launch, based on confirmed orders. They are not ready-stock boxes sitting in a warehouse, so we keep the subscription window limited to 2 weeks to plan production accurately.

We also have a cap on the number of orders we take during this period, so every product can be made, quality-checked, and packed with the care it deserves - without rushing the process.

No. The 250 spots are for the complete combo: 2 Subscription Boxes + Ultimate Trio 2027 + Freebie Box, which includes the name-personalised planner.

The special combo is only available with planner personalisation. Once all 250 spots are booked, the combo will no longer be available - with or without personalisation.
You will still be able to purchase the 2 Subscription Boxes separately, but without the Ultimate Trio 2027 and the associated launch offers.
You will get an option to enter your name at the time of purchasing the special combo.
The Daily Planner cannot be name-personalised in the way required, so unfortunately it is not included in the personalised planner option.
Please note that we will not be able to increase the number of spots. If you miss the 250-spot offer, you can still purchase the Ultimate Trio 2027 when it launches in October, but it may not include the same offers available with this special pre-booking combo.
If you successfully place an order for the 2 Subscription Boxes + Ultimate Trio 2027 combo, your spot is confirmed.
Once all 250 spots are booked, this special combo offer will automatically close.
It is limited to 250 because it includes planner customisation options and some special offers that we are unable to extend to everyone.
We haven’t locked the final launch date yet, but it will be closer to October. We’ll share all the details before the launch, as always.
Shipping & Delivery
Subscription Box 1 will ship by the end of September and is expected to be delivered by the first week of October.
Subscription Box 2 will ship by the end of November and is expected to be delivered by the first week of December.

You will receive shipping updates via email and WhatsApp as soon as your box is shipped.
If you choose the 2 Subscription Boxes + Ultimate Trio 2027 combo, your Ultimate Trio will ship along with Subscription Box 1 by the end of September.
Your Subscription Box 2 will be shipped separately by the end of November.
No, international shipping is not available for this launch.
Returns, Cancellations & Address Changes
As these are limited-edition subscription boxes and items are manufactured specifically for confirmed orders, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled and will be processed and shipped as per the stated timelines.
If you choose the 2-month subscription option, both boxes are part of a single confirmed order, and cancellation of only the second box will not be possible.
You may request an address change within the following timelines:
  • Box 1: Address changes can be requested until 31st August.
  • Box 2: Address changes can be requested until 30th September.
After these deadlines, address changes will not be possible.
No. As these are curated, made-to-order subscription boxes, returns or exchanges of individual items or the entire box are not feasible.
